An overflowing email inbox, double and triple booked meeting times, daily tasks lists blown up by urgent issues and firefighting, thoughts of work flooding the brain at bedtime… Even the most organized individuals are often challenged by the massive volume of incoming communication and meetings required in leadership roles.
