You’ve been promoted. Along with your new title comes a whole new set of expectations to demonstrate strong managerial skills. This group is designed to support new leaders as they go through the transition from individual contributor to supervisor, getting work done through others. We’ll explore the challenges of establishing leadership credibility, developing others, building a high performing team, and dealing with performance challenges.
