Jennifer Buck- Professional Biography
Jennifer Buck has spent her career dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive in times of rapid change. As a Management Consultant, Leader, and Executive Coach with over 20 years of experience, Jennifer draws on her own leadership experiences as well as her formal training in Organization Development and Executive Coaching to advance individual, team and organizational performance. Jennifer’s no-nonsense communication style and uncompromising commitment to real business results have made her a trusted advisor to business executives and an effective mentor to leaders at all levels.
Jennifer is Founder and CEO of Vector Performance, a Leadership Development Consulting Firm specializing in Leadership Coaching and highly customized and innovative Leadership Development Programs. In addition, she is an Executive Coach and Director of the Leader’s Leverage Program with The Leets Consortium, a Senior Consultant with Leadership Advisory Group, and a Global Faculty Member for Holzman and Company. Jennifer is also a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and a certified member of the Global Coach Group. She also spent several years serving as an External Human Resource Executive for a Global Health Non-Profit Organization where she provided leadership for strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Initiatives.
Jennifer has held senior leadership positions and has built leadership development functions from the ground up in multiple scaling organizations. As a consultant she brings practical experience from the trenches to the table and is adept at creating real-world, results-oriented learning experiences and solutions. Her commitment to creating highly relevant programs that reflect the unique cultures of her clients’ organizations has enabled her to work effectively across a wide range of industries and generate buy in for change in high stress, high stakes environments and scaling organizations. As a Coach, she adapts to the learning style and needs of each client, adjusting her approach based on the individual, the role they are in, and the company/business context. Jennifer specializes in helping leaders make the transition from individual contributor to manager, from manager to director, and from director to executive using proven practical strategies and providing concrete tools and resources.

Jennifer holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington and an MA in Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University. She completed her coach training at the College of Executive Coaching in Santa Barbara and went on to receive her Graduate Coaching Certification in Evidence-Based Coaching through Fielding Graduate University. Jennifer holds additional certifications through Franklin Covey, DDI, Porter Henry, The Gallup Organization, Vital Smarts, ASTD, and Prosci’s Change Management Learning Center. Additionally she is certified to administer a wide range of assessments including Myers-Briggs and DISC, Decision Dynamics Style View and Career View, as well as the Center for Creative Leadership’s research-based collection of executive and custom multi-rater (360) feedback instruments.
